Compliance information, not legal advice
A50Check provides compliance information, assessments, and document templates relating to Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the EU AI Act). Nothing on this site, in a free report, or in a purchased compliance pack constitutes legal advice, and nothing here creates a lawyer–client relationship. For advice on your specific circumstances, consult qualified legal counsel in the relevant jurisdiction.
How our content is produced
Our assessments and documents are generated with AI assistance against a rulebook encoded from the official regulation text, with citations to the consolidated text on EUR-Lex. Every paid deliverable is reviewed by a human before it is sent. Reproduced passages of EU legislation are drawn from EUR-Lex; only texts of EU law published in the Official Journal of the European Union are authentic.
Limits of what an assessment can tell you
Your report and pack are generated from the answers you provide. They reflect our encoding of the regulation as at the date of generation; legislation, official guidance, and enforcement practice change, and obligations can turn on facts specific to your organisation that a questionnaire cannot capture. A50Check does not guarantee that following our materials will make your organisation compliant with the EU AI Act or any other law, and we accept no responsibility for regulatory outcomes, fines, or enforcement action.
Your use of the materials
You are responsible for how you implement and adapt the documents we deliver, and for verifying their suitability for your organisation before relying on them. See our Terms of Service for the terms that govern use of the service, including limitations of liability.
